At Web Geeks Marketing Inc. (“Web Geeks Marketing Inc. “), we are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. As a general rule, Web Geeks Marketing Inc. collects personal information directly from you. First and foremost, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your personal information may be disclosed:
- as permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements;
- to comply with valid legal processes such as search warrants, subpoenas or court orders;
- to protect the rights and property of Web Geeks Marketing Inc.;

Web Geeks Marketing Inc. does not sell, give or rent ANY names or addresses to third parties for the express use of solicitation.

Web Geeks Marketing Inc. will endeavor to maintain physical, technical and procedural safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in question.
