Wouldn’t it be great to access your email, right within web geeks marketing platform? So that you can keep ahead of both your business, and personal emails all in one place? Think of how much time it would save not having to switch between various applications for all of your emails. Well, web geeks marketing platform, allows you to set up a two-way sync so that you can both send and receive emails from inside the platform! What’s more is the whole process is so simple! Let’s see how it’s done!

First, we need to start by going to settings, then we need to click on my profile. Now let’s scroll down to the 2-way sync section. From here, just click on your email provider, for this example I am going to use Gmail. So I select Gmail and click the connect button. Now, lead connector, is going to prompt me, to choose an account to log into, so choose the account Then click continue. Once we have done this, we will be taken back to the previous screen. Now when we scroll back down to the 2-way email-sync section we will see that our email has been connected! For our next step, we have to initiate the email sync by sending an outgoing email.

So for this, let’s go back to our dashboard by clicking the go back button on the top left.
Then, we need to navigate to conversations. To send our first email we need to click on the create new message icon, up on the top left. Then we will be prompted to create a new contact. Here we can add a name, email or phone number. Let’s start by entering an email and clicking, add contact, from this drop-down menu. Now, we can enter further details for the contact such as the first and last name, and phone number.

So, I am just going to quickly put in the name. and click continue. Now, as you can see, this has opened a conversation panel for our contact. Here we can see the contacts details, on the right-hand side, and we will see any messages to and from the contact in the message window. Let’s start by entering an email and clicking, add contact, from this drop-down menu. Now, we can enter further details for the contact such as the first and last name, and phone number.

So, I am just going to quickly put in the name. and click continue. Now, as you can see, this has opened a conversation panel for our contact. Here we can see the contacts details, on the right-hand side, and we will see any messages to and from the contact in the message window. Now, we can click on send email, at the bottom of the window which will bring up the email interface. And just the same as any other email program we can enter our subject and body text and click send! As you can see, the message has now appeared in the conversation window, from here, you can keep a track of your conversation with this contact, and send and receive emails with them.

And that’s it! Now you are all synced up and ready to go! Easy? isn’t it? And the process is the same, for syncing your outlook email too!
