Once inside our marketing platform, just head on over to get support in the left-hand sidebar. This will open up the support tickets page on our website, where you can either call, or send a message to our Team of Web Geeks, who will get back to you about your issue.
To send us a message, you just need to fill in the contact form on that page providing as much detail as possible, so we can solve your issues quickly and effectively.
First, fill out your organisation name. Then, you can add your website URL, name, email and phone number. Then, select one of the categories below by using the tick boxes. If your query or issue does not fit into any of the first three options, just select general enquiry.
Then, you can add the title of your issue and a description. Including as much information as possible helps us to solve your issue faster.
Then, all that’s left is to attach any relevant files, say if you would like us to add a blog post to your site, or start a campaign with relevant imagery. Then just verify the ReCaptcha and click send.
