Content AI is an AI-powered writing assistant that can help generate content faster and easier. It can be used to create content with specific tones and keywords and generate multiple variations. This AI-powered writing assistant can help your business generate content more quickly, easily, and effectively. Let’s see how it’s done!
First we need to navigate over to marketing in the left hand side bar. As you can see we have landed on the social planner page. Now lets click on new post. And choose content AI. This will bring up a pop up interface where we will tell the AI what we would like it to write.
First of all, you need to choose a title for your post, I’m going to pick marketing advice but you can pick any subject relevant to your business. Now in the next box you should write a short description of your content so the AI understands the type of message you are trying to convey. Just like a person, we can’t tell someone to write a post about marketing without being a little more specific. Even I would struggle with that one! So lets say we want it to write about why we need marketing to grow a business. I’ll just type that in here. To get a little more specific we are going to add in keywords we would like to see mentioned within the post. So click the plus button here and type a word followed by enter. Let’s see, I’m going to add advertising and S.E.O.
Now we need to tell the AI what sort of tone we would like it to adopt, this all depends on the type of audience you are speaking to. If you were talking about children’s toys, it wouldn’t be a great idea to adopt a formal tone such as “professional”. However, for my post, i think i want to be professional, so i am going to go with professional for now. Then we need to choose how many variations we would like the AI to generate. Having more than 1 variation, helps you to decide between different possible content. You may not like the first example it gives you, so i would recommend choosing 3. Once you are happy with your selection, click generate, and the AI will get to work, and output your desired amount of content variations. On the left hand side of this next screen, you will see your content variations, with a box on the right for you to copy your chosen content into. So scroll down and see all of your content variations if you are unhappy with all of the content variations you can click on generate new content to get more examples. When you have picked something you like, click copy. This will copy your chosen variations into the box on the right. Now all you have to do is click continue. And that’s it! Now you can just go ahead and post this like a regular post. What a way to speed up your content generation! Not that i’m biased, of course!
