Incorporating Ready-Made Posts Into Your Social Planner

The Social planner is one of the key features of Web Geeks marketing platform. It helps you create and schedule posts for various platforms. However, sometimes you may feel as though you are lacking inspiration for your social posts. With so many social posts to send out per month, it can be really hard to keep the ideas coming. Well, not to worry, for those occasions there is a great feature called the template library. This gem is nestled inside the social planner, ready and waiting to be used by you! It allows you to create social posts from pre made templates, for those days, or perhaps even months, where inspiration is hard to find. Today, we are going to look into how it works.
Let’s get started!
So, to get to the social planner, you just need to navigate on over to marketing in the left-hand sidebar. Then we are going to go to “create new post” and then down to social planner templates. This will bring up a menu with an array of templates to choose from. These templates all contain 25 posts, enough for a whole month’s worth of content.
If you hover over any one of the template selections, there will be a brief description of the type of content contained within, and what it could be useful for. To take a closer look at the templates contained within the batch, just select the eye icon at the top right of any of the selections. If you like the look of the templates, you can press continue and the system will finalise and arrange the layout, and load it into the csv section of your social planner.
You can then select the csv from the section here which will open up a pop-up menu. Then you just need to select the social account that you will be posting to. Then you can select the days that you would like the posts to go out. You can select multiple days if you like.
Then you can select how many posts you would like to go out per day from the drop-down menu. Lastly, just choose the times you would like the posts to go out by selecting the range at the bottom, here.
Then just go ahead and click schedule posts.
Then, to finalise everything, you need to go back to the csv section of your social planner and click on “review and schedule”. Here you can just double-check the posts with the dates, times and content.
Then, if you are happy with them, just select “import posts”. This will add the posts to the social planner. Remember, this task cannot be undone, so make sure you are 100% sure before you do this.
