When you and your employees are working with software such as Web Geeks marketing platform, it proves useful to have a source you can go to for explanations of features at any time of the day or night. The source in this case, is Web Geeks support library, featuring your wonderful host, me! Our support library is designed to help you as you traverse our platform, making sure you get the best possible experience you can. In the support library, you will find many how-to videos about the software as well as many videos explaining the features in different sections of our platform. And this can be accessed very easily from within the software itself. Today, I am going to show you how to do just that!
Let’s get started!
Once inside our marketing platform, you will need to navigate over to the left-hand sidebar and click on “training videos”. This will take you to our support library by opening up a new page in your browser. You may also reach the support library by going to our website and clicking on support library from the main menu.
Here you will find a list of posts organised by date. Should you want to search for a specific topic, you can use the search box at the top left. Our search system is designed to not only search the title of the post, but also search the post by keywords so you should very easily be able to find what you are looking for.
Let’s take a look at a post, shall we?
When you open up a post, you will first see a video of the topic, then underneath, you will also find a transcript of the video, in case you need any clarification on the process. From time to time, underneath the video, you may also find links to a related process, feature, or something I have mentioned during the video. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please send a ticket to support, this can be done by either clicking on “get support” from our platform or by going to “support tickets” from the main menu of our “website”. We are adding to this library all of the time, if you ever feel like there should be a video included that isn’t here, feel free to send a ticket, and we will incorporate this into our library as soon as we can!
